Outstation Bookings
For our cherished clients hosting outstation weddings, we offer our exclusive package.
Please note that the difference in cost is due to our commitment to serving you exclusively on your wedding day. During outstation weddings, we dedicate our team solely to your event, ensuring you receive our undivided attention and the highest level of service.
As part of this arrangement, we kindly request that accommodation and travel arrangements be taken care of by the client. This allows us to focus entirely on making your wedding day a beautiful and memorable experience.
Your satisfaction and radiance on your special day are our top priorities, and we look forward to being a part of your outstation wedding journey.

Radiance Glow
-The client is responsible for covering the conveyance expenses to and fro the bridal venue. These costs will have to be reimbursed to the artists at the actual amount incurred, on the day of the event in cash or UPI.
- Adherence to time slot mentioned during the time of booking is paramount.
- We require 2.5- 3 hours to get our brides ready. We would appreciate this time to be exclusively allocated for us,
so that there is no compromise made in terms of quality of work.
- Bookings are confirmed on a 50% advance basis. This is a non-refundable/non-transferable amount.
- Hair and makeup consultation can be done in person at our studio or can be opted to done over a video call,
this is at no additional cost and is part of your package. We’ll be helping you with all your styling needs from choosing your jewellery to other ornaments and flowers to complete your look.
- Payment of the final amount is mandatory and crucial to confirm the booking. The payment should be made in person at our studio or online, 7 days prior to the event.
- Any fresh flowers for hairstyling and hair jewellery required needs to be arranged by the client.
- Jewellery will have to be arranged by the client and is not provided by us.
- Nail polish/ paint will not be provided by us.
- A professional work environment is a must. Client is requested to provide enough space for the team to carry out their tasks appropriately. No one except the client and one family member/friend and team are advised in the green room.
- All business commitments are subject to Force Majeur clause stating that the service deliverance party is allowed to terminate or suspend the contract in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control arising, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. Any cancellations from our end, will be done with a 100% refund.
